Any defeat items should be reported within 3 days upon goods receipt.BiGi would assume the goods has been well received and would not take any responsibility afterwards if clients do not report for any defeat within 3 days. Slight degree of Imperfection (especially in the coating surface) should be understood and accepted for the existing goods in Retail Mall. But for structural problems that lead to malfunction, or some of the serious defeat, BiGi would replace the goods or issue compensation to clients after getting the report.
