條款及細則(特別適用於桌子、長凳、椅子和電視櫃面板)
1. 顏色和表面處理差異受以下因素影響:
- 不同的拍攝環境(室內和室外)會導致與我們確認的顏色略有差異
- 不同的光線也會影響顏色
- 不同批次的產品會有顏色差異
- 不同紋理和底材的木板也會影響顏色
- 不同的表面處理(霧面/亮光)和(粗糙/光滑)會導致相同色號下的顏色略有不同
- 不同的手機版本或品牌也會影響顯示器上的顏色顯示
2. 品質驗收與交貨安排
BIGI 通常會在下單後 8-12 週內將所有成品圖片傳送給客戶進行品質檢查。客戶應在交貨前告知我們所有不滿意之處(例如顏色、表面處理、拋光問題,但不包括每塊木板紋理的差異)。重新生產大約需要額外 2-4 週的時間,因此客戶在品質確認和尾款支付完畢後,大約需要 1-2 週才能收到貨物。客戶需等待快遞員的電話通知,安排送貨事宜。
如果快遞員因某種原因無法聯繫到您,他們可能會安排其他日期送貨,或直接將貨物放在您家門口或前台。此外,我們無法提供非常精確的送貨時間,最終送貨時間取決於我們司機的實際情況,因此請您等待我們司機的通知/電話,確認最終的送貨日期或時間。
送貨須知
A - 送貨至商業區或一般居民地址 - 免費
B - 送貨至偏遠島嶼地區
- 大嶼山 / 南丫島 / 塘福 / 深水灣(只能送貨至指定區域,通常為巴士站/村口/停車場)每單需額外收取港幣350元
- 東湧 / 太平山頂 / 半山 / 馬灣 每單需額外收取港幣350元
- 清水灣 / 淺水灣 / 赤柱 / 愉景灣 每單需額外收取港幣450元
*一般而言,偏遠地區的送貨時間會比正常情況稍長。
C - 如需行樓梯送貨服務,請諮詢。通常每單收費港幣400-1200元,具體費用視訂單數量和重量而定。
在以下情況下,我們將僅送貨至目的地的底層或附近地點:
a- 當地出現新冠病毒感染病例或疫情情況並非那麼嚴重
b- 如果客戶所在地沒有電梯、電梯空間不足、沒有停車位或有樓梯阻擋通道
c- 如果貨物無法輕鬆裝入電梯或空間不足以容納我們的貨物
d- 對於以下一些特殊情況,客戶可能需要直接與我們的快遞員聯繫
d1- 上門服務(*客戶需事先告知BIGI,我們建議這樣做)
d2- 如果樓梯阻擋通道,導致我們的快遞員無法輕鬆送貨
d3- 如果停車場不允許我們的8噸卡車進入
*快遞員可依具體情況決定送貨上門或僅送至您家門口
3. 商品更換
對於因運輸、拆箱或安裝不當造成的嚴重損壞/坍塌,或任何產品缺陷問題,BIGI 將進行調查。最終的維修、更換或退款將視調查結果而定,BIGI 保留最終決定權。客戶應在收到貨物後 3 天內提出報告。客戶必須保留所有原始包裝材料(例如氣泡膜、泡沫塑膠、紙箱等)以便 BIGI 上門取件,否則 BIGI 將無法進行任何更換。
以下情況除外,不予更換。
1. 報告日期超過到貨日期3天
2. 原包裝遺失(木架除外)
3. 天然實木板的寬度和長度有尺寸偏差(通常寬度偏差為±3厘米,長度偏差為±2厘米,高度偏差為±2厘米)
4. 產品有輕微塌陷或刮痕(BIGI將提供DIY指導,客戶可能需要自行修復)
5. 組裝過程中造成的任何損壞,或因客戶原因導致溫度/濕度不穩定造成的任何爆裂
6. 部分老舊實木板在使用一段時間後可能會滲出木油,或受到環境不穩定的影響
7. 螺絲配件和五金件有輕微差異,但不影響安裝(BIGI將提供DIY指導)
8. 天然實木板的自然瑕疵
9. 顏色和表面處理有輕微差異(詳情請參考第1點)
10-在某些情況下,如果貨物不在快遞員可以立即取貨的地點,例如貨物位於房屋的二樓或三樓等。 *客戶需要將貨物送到「可直接取貨」的地點,以便我們輕鬆取貨。否則,我們將拒絕取貨。
11-客戶需要確保貨物狀態良好,例如包裝完好、款式和數量正確,否則我們有權拒絕取貨,且取貨費用將由客戶承擔。
4. 安裝服務
我們的產品通常為自組裝產品,詳情請見發票。
如客戶需要額外的安裝服務
A - 安裝費用一般為每單港幣 800 至 1600 元,具體費用取決於訂單量、地址和時間。
以下因素會影響安裝費用:
- 送貨地點情況
- 組裝服務時間(白天或晚上)
- 安裝數量
B - 垃圾處理費通常不包含在上述費用中,我們的安裝部門會另行報價。
垃圾處理費會受到垃圾場到顧客所在地的距離以及垃圾量的影響。
如果您需要上述服務,我們會安排安裝部門與您聯繫,提供報價並安排安裝。
5. 付款條款
通常情況下,我們的付款條款如下:
訂單金額低於港幣10000元 - 預付100%
訂單金額超過港幣10,000元 - 預付70%,剩餘30%需在出貨前付清
6. 木板的特性和形狀
客戶應了解,我們從天然木材中獲取的每塊木板都存在不同的特性(例如節疤、形狀、紋理不均、木材開裂等)/瑕疵,具體如下,供您參考。此外,我們的紐西蘭木板/板材底部沒有任何塗層。
Terms and Conditions (Especially for Table, Bench, Chair and Slab TV board)
1. Color and finishing variation
Which are affected by the following
- Various environment (indoor and outdoor photo taking) would also have the slightly difference as what we confirmed
- Different lighting tone would also interfere the color
- Different batch of production would have color variation
- Different character and base of wood slab would also interfere the color
- Different finishing (matt/glossy) and (rough/smooth) would come up the slightly different of colors under the same color code
- Different mobile versions or brands would also interfere the color that how it shows up on the monitor
2. Quality approval and delivery arrangement
BIGI will send all the finished goods in pictures to client for quality checking in around 8-12 weeks generally against the ordering date, Client should inform us all the unsatisfactory points (such as color, finishing, polishing issue excluding from the variation of the character on every single slab) before delivery. Re-production processing would also takes around additional 2-4 weeks to complete so client could get the goods in 1-2 weeks more after the quality and rest of the payment are both approved. Client would needs to wait for our courier call for upcoming delivery arrangement.
When our courier can't reach you by some case, they will probably arrange for another date delivery or just put it in front of your door or your reception in case. Besides, we are not able to provide the very accurate delivery time, however it will be subject to the final condition provided by our driver, therefore please wait for our driver notice /call for the final delivery date or time.
Additional information for delivery
A - Deliver to commercial area or general resident address - Free
B - Deliver to remote island area

(It can only be delivered to a specific area, usually the bus station/village entrance/car park

*Generally, the delivery time in remote areas will be a bit delayed than normal.
C- For walk up service , please inquire. Normally HKD400-1200 per order which depends on the order quantity and weight
We will just deliver to ground floor or the place nearby the destination by following situation:
a- any inflected from coronavirus there or inflection situation is not that serious
b- if client locates where are either no elevator, not enough space of elevator, no any parking area, or any stairs blocking the way
c- goods cannot be loaded into the elevator easily or there is not enough space to let our goods getting in
d- client might deal directly with our courier personally for some of the special cases as below
d1 - walk up service (*client needs to inform BIGI in advance which is preferable)
d2 - there are some stairs blocking the path caused our courier are not able to deliver the goods easily
d3 - the car park there do not allow our 8 TON truck getting in
* courier can decide to deliver into your house or just hand over in front of your door which is depending on the situation.
3. Goods replacement
For any serious damage/collapse caused by transportation or unpacking or installation careless or any defective issue, BIGI will investigate the case, any further repair or replacement or refund which also depends on the situation and condition that we finally found out , BIGI will reserve the final decision on that. Client should report it in 3 days upon the goods has been received. Client have to keep all the original packing for our picking up to return (such as the bubbles, form, carton), otherwise BIGI are not able to replace anything. Simply the following issues are exceptional for replacement.
1-Report date is over 3 days upon the date of arrival
2-Original packing is lost * except the wood cage
3-Size variation for width and length of our live edge slab (normally it is +/-3cm for width and +/- 2cm for length and +/- 2cm for the height)
4-Item is very sightly collapsed or scratched * BIGI would instruct the DIY way, Clients might need to fix it by themselves
5-Any damage during on assembling or any burst causing by temperature/humidity instability by customer cause
6-Some of the aged solid wood slab would come out the wood grease after period of time or effected by the environment instability
7-Slightly variation of the screw accessories and hardware which is not affecting the installation *BIGI will instruct the DIY way to fix it
8-Natural imperfection from the natural wood slab
9-Slightly color and finishing variation (Details please refer to point 1 as above)
10-For some of the cases, if the goods are not at the place that our courier can pick up the goods immediately, such as the goods are located at the 2nd or 3rd floor of the house, so on. *Client needs to deliver it to the place where is “Picking up available” so that we can collect the goods easily. Otherwise we will reject to do it.
11-Client needs to make sure the condition of the goods are excellent for picking up, such as it is well packed and in correct style and quantity, otherwise we have right to reject to collect it and the pick up cost will be on client side.
4. Installation work
Our goods is generally a self assembled item that we mentioned in our invoice
If client want to have the additional installation service
A - Cost reference around HKD800-1600 per job generally, it depends on the order volume, address, time.
Some variables below will be affecting the installation cost.
-Delivery site status
-Assembling service time (day time or night time)
-Installation quantity
B - Waste disposal cost which is generally excluding from the above cost, our installation department will quote again to client,
this cost will be affected by the distance from the garbage dump to the client place, also the volume of the waste.
If you need the above service, we will ask them to contact you for quotation and installation arrangement.
5. Payment terms
Normally, our payment terms is the following
For the order amount below HKD10000 - 100% In advance
For the order amount over HKD10000 - 70% in advance, 30% needs to be settled before delivery
6. Wood slab character and shape
Client should understand there are different character (Knots, Shape, uneven Grain, Wood split) / imperfection on each of single slab we got from natural which are for your reference as below. Besides, for our new Zealand wood slab / panel - there is no any coating at the bottom side

關於安裝公司安裝細則
安裝公司對由於以下原因造成的安装延誤,不負任何責任並不會退還款項:
1 由於顧客的原因,如地址或電話號碼填寫錯誤或不完整等;地址變更或地域上無法到達等
2 於已約定安裝日期及時段内沒有人在安裝地址接應安裝師傅.
3 因傢俬本身零件缺失令安裝失敗,如補回缺失零件需要安排師傅二次安裝,產生額外的費用(再報價)如零件缺失但不影響其安裝、功能、安全和結構等,
安裝師傅會詢問顧客如常安裝與否後,得到同意才安裝,其後安裝公司則不作處理,
4 如顧客提供的傢俬報價資料出現誤差及遺漏,造成安裝延誤,或會產生額外費用,顧客須自行承擔責任.
5 若顧客未能於安裝日期前最少兩個工作天(工作天是指星期一至星期五,公衆假期除外)提出更改安装日期,安裝公司有權收取額外行政費.
6 一切貨物本身瑕疵造成的遺失、破損,安裝公司不會承擔任何責任.
7 如遇上八號或以上颱風訊號或黑色暴兩警告,當日及翌日之安裝服務可能會延遲或取消,安裝公司將聯絡顧客再作安排.
8 安裝期間,顧客須小心保管及保護其他傢俬、傢具、地板、墻壁、裝飾及財物等,如有任何損毀,安裝公司恕不負責.
9 訂金付款後,如取消服務,安裝公司有權不退還己付訂金。
10 如臨時刪減安裝項目,安裝公司有權不扣減安裝費用。
11 如有停車場費或隧道費,會實報實銷。
12 如因屋苑沒有停車場,導致抄牌,客人需分擔一半或以上罰款。
13 服務完成後請當場驗收,日後傢俬或產品有任何問題恕不負責。
14 如安裝過程導致損壞,賠償不多於港幣$500。
15 所有費用包括訂金和尾款必須線上支付,免有爭拗。
16 尾款請在安裝完成後內直接付款,否則安裝公司有權收取額外行政費
17 安裝公司保留隨時更改使用條款及細則之權利,而不會作另行通知。如有任何爭議,安裝公司保留最終決定權
Installation Details by the Installation Company
The installation company is not responsible for installation delays and will not refund payments due to the following reasons:
1. Due to customer reasons, such as incorrect or incomplete address or phone number; address change; or inability to reach the customer geographically.
2. No one is available to meet the installer at the agreed installation date and time.
3. Installation failure due to missing furniture parts. Replacing the missing parts requires a second installation, incurring additional costs (requote). If the missing parts do not affect installation, function, safety, or structure,
the installer will ask the customer if they wish to proceed with the installation as scheduled. Installation will only proceed after obtaining their consent. The installation company will not handle this further.
4. If the furniture quotation provided by the customer contains errors or omissions, causing installation delays or incurring additional costs, the customer shall bear the responsibility.
5. If the customer fails to request a change of installation date at least two working days prior to the installation date (working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), the installation company reserves the right to charge an additional administrative fee.
6. The installation company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by defects in the goods themselves.
7. In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Storm Warning, installation services on the day of installation and the following day may be delayed or cancelled. The installation company will contact the customer to make rescheduling.
8. During the installation period, the customer must carefully safeguard and protect other furniture, flooring, walls, decorations, and personal belongings. The installation company will not be responsible for any damage.
9. If the service is cancelled after the deposit is paid, the installation company has the right not to refund the deposit.
10. If the installation items are temporarily reduced, the installation company reserves the right not to deduct from the installation fee.
11. Parking fees or tunnel fees will be reimbursed based on actual costs.
12. If a parking ticket is issued due to the lack of parking in the housing estate, the customer will be required to bear half or more of the fine.
13. Please inspect the furniture or product upon completion of the service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper handling afterward.
14. Compensation for damage caused during installation will not exceed HK$500.
15. All fees, including deposit and final payment, must be paid online to avoid disputes.
16. The final payment must be made directly after installation is completed; otherwise, the installation company reserves the right to charge additional administrative fees.
17. The installation company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the installation company reserves the right of final decision.
