親愛的顧客們，請你透過以下任何一種付款方式過數，然後留低詳細送貨地址，姓名及手提電話,一般貨品我們會在 大約 5-8 個工作天 透過速遞公司送達, 免運費, 若收貨後有問題可以聯絡我們，有壞包換。 
*大部份貓架屬於天然木材製造，表面會略帶粗糙感及微小毛刺乃屬自然現象
*實木貓架不代表柱芯是用實木，請留意
 
A工商及一般住宅地區 免費
B偏遠地區-(東涌,大嶼山,愉景灣,山頂,長洲,東平洲,機場,梅窩,大澳,唐福,貝澳,沙頭角, 請咨詢
(小型貓架除外）
 
*如果村屋沒有升降機。速遞公司只會在地下交貨
*本公司只能盡量配合客戶收貨時間,詳細送貨時間要由速遞公司安排, 不便之處敬請見諒
*尺寸有+/- 1cm 誤差
*客戶需自行組裝
 
滿足以下條件方可送貨上樓
 a.派送地址冇人感染
 b.派送地址附近可以提供免費泊車或者替司機付停車費
 c.有升降機無需經樓梯搬運；
 d.貨物入得到電梯

 滿足上樓條件送貨上樓，不滿足樓下收
 注意:圍村的話是村口,牌坊或方便停車調頭的地方交收
 
Dear clients, please complete your payment through one of the following ways, and leave your delivery address, phone no and contact person. Normally you will get him in the goods in around 5-8 working days with free of delivery
If you found any defeated item, please contact us in 3 days and we will replace for you.
*Most of our cat trees are made of natural wood so there are normally coming with the sightly raised surface or wood stab
*Solid wood cat tree doesn’t mean the column which is made of solid wood
 
A Deliver to commercial area or general resident address - Free
B Deliver to remote island area - (Tung Chung, Lamma island, Discovery bay, Peak, Cheung Chau,  Peng Chau, Airport, Mui wo, Tai O, Tong Fuk, Pui O, Sau Tau Kok) - Please inquire 
(Small cat tree is Free)
 
*if client locates the house or village where is not providing the lift, courier will just handover on ground floor
*we just can try to fulfill client’s pick up time and date but which is subject to courier arrangement.
*there is +/- 1cm tolerance 
*self-assembled item
