  • Order step

    1- Select the size/color and leg style 

     

    2- Finish the payment and leave us your special remarks

     

    3-Inform your delivery address and number 

     

    4-After we received your order, you will get the order and payment confirmation

     

    5-We will send you the slab in raw finishing before production

     

    6-After confirming the slab in raw, we will start the production and send you the final products in picture or video for final confirmation before shipment around in 30-45 days, and we will assemble the item one time and dis-assemble again so as to the shipment more friendly, of course we will mark or drill all the screw location for you.

     

    7-After all completed, we will pack it with the crates and then pass to DHL/Fedex delivering for your order in around another 15 days and you will get the order status update until the goods delivered 

     

    8- When you get the goods, please unpack it and assemble it by normal screw driver 

     

    9- If you have any matter or quality issue about the goods, please let us know within 3 days against the date you have received. We will handle it with you for any replacement if needed, which is also subject to the final condition and case. (All the goods we have inspected very carefully before it is leaving from factory and we are pretty sure it has to be in very good condition)

     

    Remarks:

    1. Each of natural wood slab which the shape and character is different, and the finishing and colors will also be slightly different on every production.

     

    2. Don't put the goods in outdoor and please also don't keep it wet and too dry.

     

    3. Away from the hard/sharp stuffs, spraya and especially the hot pot bottom (please use pad or mat to seperate them)

     

    4. The goods will be applied water resistence and insects resistence coating and well control in the humidity control room for more than 1 month to make sure the extra of water will be steaming out, also we always control the slab within 8-12 degree of humidity in order to make it more durable.
